New Members
Membership in the Ninigret Quilters Guild is open to anyone who has an interest in quilting, regardless of level of ability. Membership includes admission to all meetings and a monthly newsletter. Members are also able to take workshops with nationally known expert quilters.
We meet monthly at the St. Andrew Lutheran Church in Charlestown, Rhode Island
(Google Maps).
Members usually arrive before 7pm. There is time to set up chairs, browse through the guild’s library, see what looks exciting on the Ways and Means table, and to chat with our friends.
A brief business meeting begins promptly at 7:30pm. This is followed by Show and Tell and the main program of the night.
Refreshments are served.
The last chair is put away at about 9:30 and, while we may be tired, our enjoyment in quilting is renewed.
Currently our guild has approximately 100 members and we are a very active group. If you are interested in learning more about quilting, please join us at one of our monthly meetings, guests and new members are always welcome. At this time membership is $20 per year.
